Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
